1.4 "Discount" refers to the 10% discount that friends enjoy when purchasing goods through the inviter's invitation link.

1.5 "Commission" refers to the compensation the inviter receives, which is 10% of the total order amount from successful purchases made by friends.

Inviter Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Any individual or entity can apply to become a member of the Inviter Alliance.

2.2 The company reserves the right to accept or reject any inviter application.

2.3 Inviters must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information for registration.

2.4 Inviters must comply with international laws and the company's terms of service.

Invitation Links and Discounts

3.1 Each inviter will receive a unique invitation link.

3.2 Inviters can share the invitation link with friends, inviting them to enter through the link and enjoy a 10% discount. Friends must enter through the inviter's invitation link to receive the discount code, which will automatically be applied during the purchase checkout.

Inviter Commission Acquisition and Remittance

4.1 Friends who enter through the inviter's link and successfully make a purchase will generate a commission equivalent to 10% of the total order amount for which our company will pay for inviters.

4.2 Commissions will be calculated and paid to the inviter after order complete with no return issues. Settlements will occur monthly, and inviters can view commission settlement details and history in their account.

4.3 Inviters can choose bank transfer or payment platforms like PayPal as their preferred method of receiving commissions.

4.4 Inviters must provide accurate payment information and personal information registered on the official website for commission payments.

Inviter Obligations

5.1 Inviters must ensure that the shared invitation links are genuine and valid, while adhering to international laws and the company's terms of service.

5.2 Inviters should actively promote the company's brand and products, helping to increase sales volume and brand awareness.

Modification and Termination of Terms and Policies

6.1 The company reserves the right to modify the terms and policies of the Inviter Alliance at any time, with modifications announced on the website.

6.2 If an inviter disagrees with the modified terms and policies, they have the option to terminate their membership in the Inviter Alliance.

6.3 The company reserves the right to terminate the services of the Inviter Alliance, with prior notice to inviters.
